Privacy Policy

Ace Your 107 ("we," "us," or "the site") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what information the site collects and what it does with it — no more and no less than what the code actually does.

Data we store locally, on your device

Your practice progress, quiz sessions, and preferences are stored only in your browser'slocalStorage — never on a server, because this site has none. Specifically:

• p107:v1:progress — how many times you've seen, answered correctly, or answered incorrectly each question and ACS code.
• p107:v1:active — the drill or mock exam session currently in progress (which questions, in what order, and your answers so far), so you can resume it.
• p107:v1:sessions — a history of your last 20 finished practice sessions and scores.
• p107:v1:prefs — small preferences like your last-studied topic and color theme.

None of this ever leaves your device or reaches any server we operate. Clearing your browser's site data for Ace Your 107, or using private/incognito browsing, deletes all of it. If your browser blocks storage, the site falls back to holding this in memory for your current visit only.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you submit (plus, optionally, which page or question you were reporting). The form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards your message to the operator by email. We use this information only to read and reply to your message — never for marketing, and never sold or shared beyond what's needed to deliver the email.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and request logs to serve pages and protect against abuse. We don't separately collect or see this data ourselves.

Cookies

Ace Your 107 does not currently set any cookies of its own, and no analytics tool is installed on this site. If that changes, this section will be updated to say so.

Advertising

Ace Your 107 is free to use and may, in the future, display ads served by Google and other third-party advertising vendors. If and when ads are active, those vendors — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Children's privacy

Ace Your 107 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Your rights

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you (limited to what you submitted via the contact form, since we collect nothing else) and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

EEA / UK (GDPR)

If you're located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise either right, contact us through the contact form.
